1、 Introduction:
The HF series rotary mechanical grid (grid cleaning machine) is a device that can continuously and automatically remove various shapes of debris in fluids, with the purpose of solid-liquid separation. It can be widely used as a specialized equipment in urban sewage treatment, water supply industry, power plant inlet, and can also be an essential specialized equipment in production processes of textile, food processing, papermaking, leather and other industries. It is currently the most advanced solid-liquid separation equipment in China, and the rotary mechanical grid is also known as the grid cleaning machine.
2、 Working principle:
When the rake chain is moved to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the groove wheel and curved rail, relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each set of rake teeth, and the vast majority of solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the cleaner to clean up the debris stuck to the rake teeth.
According to the direction of water flow, the rake chain is similar to a grille, and the clearance between the rake teeth assembled on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate solid suspended solids in the fluid, it can ensure smooth flow of water. The entire work process can be continuous or intermittent.
3、 Technical parameters and selection:
The equipment specifications are divided into HG300-1500 types according to the machine width size. If the machine width exceeds 1500mm, it will be made into a parallel unit. The grid gap is divided into various specifications such as 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, etc. The grid gap is selected based on the water flow rate, lifting height, total solid-liquid separation amount, and the shape and particle size of the separated material. Rake teeth made of materials such as ABS engineering plastic, nylon, and stainless steel can be selected according to user needs; The main frame is made of stainless steel material and carbon steel anti-corrosion material.
